Charter school boards must dedicate time and energy to running effective meetings. This means being organized, strategic, and prepared for all meetings. This will facilitate the success of the school and also reduce the likelihood of burnout among board members. To this end, we offer here a few key introductory principles with much more information to follow in this module.
